Pricing

The starting price for our websites is around $2,000. But it all depends on what you need. Some deciding factors for cost are the number of pages, complexity, and whether we provide strategy and content.

Design & Strategy: After our discovery call, we’ll give you a ballpark estimate based on your needs. In general, our websites start at around $2,000.

Hosting: We create an account for you with a reputable host with your billing information so you can be sure that you always own your website. The cost of a basic hosting plan, a domain name, an SSL certificate (required), a website backup plan, and basic security is around $260/year. Again, that is paid directly to the website host.

We also require a maintenance plan of your choosing unless you have a dedicated team to handle this. Our technical maintenance ranges from approximately $25/month to $250/month.

Throughout the month, we keep track of our tasks and projects through a time clock and take notes on what we did during that time frame. Around the 1st day of every month we’ll add up all the time we spent on the month prior, down to the minute, and send you an invoice with those details.

The most ideal way to pay is ACH, which is a free transfer of funds from your bank to ours. We accept checks in the mail and also accept debit or credit payments, though, we absorb a 3% fee which can add up! You’ll receive a digital invoice in your email around the 1st of every month.
