Content Updates

Content updates are not included in monthly maintenance, but we’re happy to make changes as needed. All content updates are billed at our standard hourly rate, calculated down to the minute, so you only pay for the time your updates actually require.

Major Repairs

No website is immune to crashes, malware, hacking attempts, server failures, or conflicts caused by software updates. These issues can still occur, especially if you have 3rd party plugins, and often require extensive troubleshooting, custom coding, database repairs, or communication with your hosting provider. Because these repairs go far beyond routine maintenance, they are billed separately as needed.

Redesigns

Requests such as creating new pages, redesigning layouts, adding new functionality, integrating third party tools, or building custom features are completed as separate projects or billed at our standard hourly rate, depending on the size and complexity of the request.
