A complete website, SEO, and content system for a Middle Tennessee tree care company.
The Client
Arbor Best Tree Care is a veteran-owned tree service company serving Dickson, Franklin, Fairview, Nashville, and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. Their crew brings more than 20 years of experience to tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, storm cleanup, land clearing, tree health, mulching, and commercial tree care.
The Challenge
Arbor Best had a strong reputation and years of hands-on experience, but its dated website was no longer helping the business grow. Services were not clearly separated, the site needed stronger local search content, and potential customers had limited ways to learn about the company’s full capabilities.
The team also needed a realistic way to keep their website and marketing current without constantly stopping fieldwork to send us updates.
A Strategic Time to Rebuild
Arbor Best chose to focus on the project during the winter, when tree service work is historically slower. This gave the team time to work on the business before the busy season returned. The redesigned website launched in February 2025.
A Complete Website Renovation
We rebuilt the Arbor Best website with a clearer structure, updated design, stronger calls to action, and real project photography. The new website makes it easier for visitors to:
- Learn about individual tree services
- Understand Arbor Best’s process and experience
- View completed work
- Find service information for their community
- Request a free estimate
- Use the website comfortably from a phone
The homepage presents Arbor Best as an experienced, dependable tree care company. Individual service pages provide more detailed information for customers who need help with a specific problem.
Built for Search
Instead of placing every service on one general page, we created eight individual service pages. Each page focuses on a specific service, including tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, storm cleanup, tree health, land clearing, mulching, and commercial tree care.
We also created 16 service-area pages to help Arbor Best reach customers throughout Middle Tennessee.
This structure gives search engines clearer information about what Arbor Best does and where the company works. It also gives potential customers a page that directly addresses the service and location they searched for.
Helpful Content From Real Work
Since launch, we have published seven blog posts based on the company’s experience, customer questions, seasonal concerns, and real projects.
We developed a simple process that works around the crew’s schedule. The Arbor Best team posts photos and updates from the field on social media. We review those posts, identify useful topics, and turn their work into more detailed website content.
The crew can stay focused on tree care without having to prepare formal updates for us. Their daily work still supplies the real photos, experience, and local knowledge needed to create useful content.
Connecting Print and Digital Marketing
We designed business cards that give customers two clear next steps.
One QR code directs people to the Arbor Best website. A second QR code takes completed customers directly to the company’s Google review page.
The goal is for customers to receive a card after service, making it easier to visit the website, share the company’s information, or leave a review. More genuine reviews can strengthen trust, Google visibility, and local exposure.
A Useful Resource for Homeowners
We also created a free printable Tree Health Warning Signs checklist. It helps homeowners recognize signs such as dead branches, cracked bark, fungus, exposed roots, thinning foliage, and other possible tree problems.
The resource gives customers something genuinely useful while reinforcing Arbor Best as a knowledgeable local tree care company.
The Results
Since the new website launched, Arbor Best has reported more calls and improved search rankings.
The company now has a professional website, individual service pages, local landing pages, ongoing blog content, printable customer resources, and marketing materials that support both online visibility and customer follow-up.
This project is also a good example of how we prefer to work with long-term clients. Arbor Best concentrates on serving its customers and documenting its work. We turn that real-world activity into website improvements, search content, and practical marketing materials that continue supporting the business over time.
